Volunteers Of The IRVFA Are Funded Entirely By Fundraising Events And Donations. None of the Volunteers receive any financial compensation as we work alongside our career colleagues at Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue. All of our uniforms and the operating costs are paid from these donations. It costs $2500 for each Volunteer just in uniform and bunker gear alone! Let alone to train them.
